Quick answers
Common questions
Does uploading a document mean customs has released my cargo?
No. An upload is checked by our team and is not customs acceptance or release. Release is shown only from official evidence.
Is every shipment location updated in real time?
No. Updates arrive from carriers, terminals and our officers at different times. We label the source and the time of each.
In which currency will I be charged?
Quotations show the currency of each charge. Invoices are issued in one currency with the original amounts shown.
